Choose 1 Sandwich and 2 sides: $10* per person
Choose 1 Sandwich and 3 sides: $12* per person
Choose 2 Sandwiches and 2 sides: $13* per person
Choose 2 Sandwiches and 3 sides: $15* per person

server with a two hour minimum requirement per server.
